6-WEEK PARENT WORKSHOP

Parenting teens is tough—there’s no handbook, but this workshop helps fill in the gaps.

Over six weeks, parents will gain tools to connect with their teens, boost confidence, and navigate challenges with clarity.

One-on-One Consulting PARENT


Perfect for parents who feel like they need immediate help—overwhelmed, unsure how to move forward, and struggling to connect with their teen.

We’ll start by identifying the immediate challenges between you and your teen, developing practical solutions to address them right away. From there, we’ll map out a long-term plan to strengthen connection and trust while uncovering the deeper meaning behind your teen’s behaviors.

One-on-One consulting is also a great choice for partents who are not on the same page when it comes to parenting and could benefit from a mediated conversation to address differing parenting styles. The goal is to find ways to comprimise and be a united front for their teen.

One-on-One Consulting TEEN

Perfect for the teen that is feeling overwhelmed and doesn’t know where to start. We will go through all of their stressors one by one and come up with immediate action steps and create long term systems that will help them manage their stress.  I can advocate for the teens by working with their parents to make sure they have the support they need at home to succeed. 

CONSULTING CAN BE DONE IN-PERSON OR VIA ZOOM.

  • $100 for 1 hour Consultation

    50% Discount for Workshop participants

    25% Discount for Group Class Participants

    $40 for 30 minute follow up consulting sessions.

Parent and Teen Mediation

Parent & Teen Mediation is ideal for the family that feels like they are at a standstill and both parent and teenager feel misunderstoon. I work with parents and teenagers individually and then togther to find the best solution in a structured, supportive space. My goal is to help both parties to feel equipped with tools to improve their relationship.

What’s Included:
Two 30-minute private sessions with parents
Two 30-minute private sessions with the teen
One 1-hour joint session

Through this process, we’ll work on reducing power struggles, improving communication, and creating a plan for a healthier, more connected relationship moving forward.
